They always bend over backwards to make … More sure the pellets are put away in the store neatly and easily accessible for us. Also the office team are always very helpful when we've had to change dates of delivery or even when we've run out and Mum has forgotten to purchase replacements in time - they've always made sure we've gotten priority due to mum being elderly and needing the pellets to stay warm in her home. Can't recommend them more highly :)
