How it works...

We aim to bring your fuel within 5 working days

  • Delivery

    Available to all EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

  • Delivery day

    After placing an order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day.

  • 5 working days

    Firewood delivery usually occurs within 5 working days of the order date.

  • Delivery details

    You’ll receive an email with the delivery date, and a text on the delivery day with a more precise delivery window.

  • How will your delivery work

    Firewood will be delivered by our driver, using a vehicle equipped with a small crane to unload.*

  • Delivery instructions

    You can provide delivery instructions to let us know where to leave your logs. Instructions can be entered in the designated box on the checkout’s shipping page.

* You do not have to be at home for the delivery.
We will cover your logs if you are not there to receive them.

How it works…

Pick up free Kindling, Firelighters, or a Bacon Roll & a Cuppa in our Café when collecting your logs on Saturday mornings*

  • Click and collect

    Select the ‘Click and collect’ option at checkout, and pick up your order between 8:30am and 12:00pm the following Saturday.

  • Thanks from us

    Choose either a free bag of kindling or firelighters with your order, or if you’d prefer, a voucher for a bacon roll and cup of tea or coffee at the Pentland Plants café.

  • Order confirmation

    Bring your order confirmation email and ring the bell to get our attention; we will bring your firewood order to your vehicle.
